Wellspring reviewed AMDA M&E frameworks and documents to understand the extent to which activities had been reported against and key impact indicators fulfilled and validated these findings with independent research and stakeholder interviews.
The report was submitted to Shell Foundation to inform them on the progress of AMDA against key impact areas: sector coordination, policy and advocacy, data and research for advocacy and organisational scale-up.
Our impact report helped Shell Foundation understand progress made by the investee against contracted milestones and highlighted areas where AMDA could strengthen their internal reporting processes to improve their monitoring against key impact indicators, addressing challenges and bottlenecks in delivering against these.
