Daria is a Senior Manager at Wellspring with over a decade of experience in development consulting, working across Africa and Latin America.
Daria is an agricultural economist with close to twelve years of experience of working in international development. She has experience in analysing and addressing challenges across the agricultural sector, ranging from input and technology supply and farmer financing solutions to processing, marketing, export promotion and policy and regulation. Daria’s skillset includes strategy development, feasibility studies, design and implementation of evaluation methodologies, and quantitative analysis and modelling. Prior to joining Wellspring, she worked as an Agriculture and Food Advisor at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, as a consultant at Triple Line Consulting, and as an ODI Fellow in the Analytics Team of the Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Agency. She has worked across Africa and Latin America and is fluent in English, Russian, German, French and Spanish.
