Training and longer-term coaching are a core focus and passion for Wellspring.

We see many of the underlying problems and challenges with developing economy agricultural sectors as due to technical and management shortfalls, both in hard skills and experience, but also in underlying value systems and norms around agriculture, business, education, finance, people and policy. We regularly see programmes and investments that struggle, not because of the plan itself, but because of management and governance challenges in implementation and meeting objectives.
