We look through different lenses depending on the interest and resources of our client and its partners. We may be looking at the potential for investment in high-potential agribusiness for impact, or focusing in on staple crops or agricultural input markets. Or we might be looking at agricultural market systems to understand their comparative strengths and weaknesses and potential for impact in various sectors. We then design interventions or funds based on a wider strategy for sector transformation, involving a mix of investment, policy advice, business support and skills development.
